Jeff Davis, musician turned technologist with nearly 30 years of experiences in team science, ensemble engineering, and workplace facilitation. In unassuming manner and joy-filled banter, Jeff tries to role model and teach servant-leadership and values-based decision-making. He desires to help teams (and the individuals within) develop into transformational leaders that can overcome the cliffs of chaos, thrive among the constraints of complexity, and improve flow amidst the abundance of impediments around us.
