Great talk to make you feel comfortable and safe to help your inner self express emotions locked inside our bodies creating a healthy mind and in turn healthy body. I would like to listen to episodes be only in one language, This way it will make the episodes more clear and easier to follow the topic that is being talked about. I want to listen to 10 minutes of something I understand rather than to have to listen to 20 minutes in which I'll only understand 10 minutes of it and I might not even be clear on the full topic discussion.Interviews are great to listen to, those were my favorite episodes. Not only did it put things into a different perspective for me but it also helped me discover how important it is to discuss our emotions and feelings and how that contributes positively to our mental wellness.
