Amy cannonballed her way off a cliff in Jamaica and landed into her inspired new life as a podcaster, author, public speaker, blogger and founder of the brand, Fearlessly Facing Fifty™, which she launched six months shy of her 50th birthday. Since then, Amy has been on a mission to encourage women over 40 to swap out their fears for a healthy dose of confidence and tackle life head on with renewed vigor.
