Having access to multiple social media platforms is a fun way of staying in touch with friends and family. At what point does being constantly connected and inundated with updates become harmful to our mental health though?
Sometimes I find it tiring scrolling indefinitely through my feeds, but when I refrain from doing so, I feel like I'm missing out on something. Anyone else feel the same way? We've come a long way since having Tom as our only friend on MySpace, but with advances in technology & apps come unique concerns revolving around mental health and our dependence on social media.
