Paul Cott is a lawyer who regular advises both workers and employers on all sorts of issues under Australia's workplace laws. David and Grant put a number of examples to him, in a effort to assist Temporary Residents and new entrants to the workplace to understand what is, and isn't, acceptable when you start a job. Paul is the Principal of Law On Lydiard in Ballarat, and has a great podcast on all kinds of legal issues, called Law On Lydiard.
