Jeremy Beland started as a wholesaler and he has evolved to a team that flips, wholetails, wholesales, and buy & holds too.   

He has also opened wholesale operations in a secondary market. After being seriously affected during the great recession in his early 30s as a married man and father of 2, he joined the Air Force at almost 34 years old as a way to provide for his family.
