Jessica-Rose joined the United States Marine Corps (USMC) in 2007 and served for 4 years as an Administrative Clerk, stationed at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar.
In this episode she talks about joining the Marines and completing training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (MCRD PI). She also talks about dealing with injuries, including a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Plus, she explains how sport keeps her focused and motivated, with success in representing the Marine Corps at the 2016 Warrior Games and Team USA at the Invictus Games in Toronto 2017.
