Our Guest for this episode is Bethany Roblee Schell. For the past 10 years Bethany has worked at The Wharton School where she has navigated through different positions to ultimately discover her career path. She loves the energy and passion of Philly and you can spot her out and about exploring the city’s food, music, comedy, and art scenes or toiling away in her garden.

On this episode Bethany talks about how to successfully transition into a management role where you’re managing former colleagues, including tips to pivot within the same organization. She encourages Millennials to practice finding the balance between knowing when to ask questions, and when to do the research and figure it out on your own.
