Our Guest for this episode is Katie Lehner, Marketing Director at a non-profit organization in Dayton, Ohio.

She joined us to talk about some of the challenge she faced trying to find a job in her small hometown. We also discussed the unique challenges she faces today working for a very small non-profit that doesn’t have the traditional HR or management components you’d find at a larger corporation – and how she learned to manage that.
