I sat on releasing this episode as I released myself from being held down by my insecurities. Sometimes, being so open and vulnerable on this podcast can be trying for me. Although it is extremely cathartic and I know it helps others at the same time, my ego has other ideas. To me this realization is very important in my spiritual growth. For me, this conversation with Katherine Croston Gardellini contains so much love that it overflowed and overwhelmed me on listening back.
