One of Avi’s more recent accomplishments has been cofounding MyStrengthBook, a software for athletes to build workouts, track performance and receive strength training programs from top athletes. MyStrengthBook has also recently developed software for online strength coaches to build customized programs for their athletes and track their metrics and performance.
