Eric Helms, PhD is a pro natural bodybuilder, powerlifter, coach, researcher, and author. He has a Bachelor’s in Fitness and Wellness, two Master’s degrees in Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition, and a PhD in Strength and Conditioning. He is a research fellow for AUT in the Sports Performance Research Institute, and is active in educating the public in scientific principles of exercise and nutrition.

Eric is a coach for drug-free strength and physique competitors as a part of team 3D Muscle Journey, and is one of the founders of MASS Research Review.
