Grounding is a way to put you in the here and now.
To settle your body to balance you out.
If you think about it, this earth is like a giant magnet and we are rotating super fast as gravity pulls us down. It’s pulling us down into the earth.
There are many ways to ground and this is just one of them.
If you can go sit outside, but if not then find your favorite chair and enjoy grounding in the here and now.
JUST don’t listen to this while driving.
Take a deep breath in and exhale
So, before I go, listen closely and remember this ONE one thing.
Your future is a thought, your past has passed, but your now is always here.
Be mindful-one minute at a time.
