There are a few things that I love more than cats, coffees, books and apps, and that is mindfulness settling my mind and being in that place and space of just feeling connected with the here and now.

The other thing I love is hypnosis.

I'm a hypnotist, if you haven't figured already, and I really love the changes that it creates in people, and not just that.

It is so fun to be hypnotized, it feels just as good as being mindful.

So I've been away for a little bit and I wanted to reboot a podcast, and I thought about just doing one for hypnosis, and it didn't make any sense, because my hypnosis always includes mindfulness.

It is just easy for me to weave mindfulness and hypnosis together.

It's just so natural, and I really felt that, in order to do a proper reboot, I wanted to add a little bit of more hypnosis to this podcast.

Now, mindfulness is not going away.

I'm still going to do episodes and weave mindfulness through, and I'm also going to add meditations and maybe a few other ways that you can help to calm your mind, clear your head and feel a whole lot better.

So what exactly is this podcast about?

It's going to help you to cultivate a better mindset so that you can make powerful, lasting changes with integrative hypnosis, and it will also allow you to shift into that focused state of awareness, while you enjoy some sprinkles of mindfulness throughout the podcast episodes.

This is how I look at it Hypnosis helps you to make changes to your subconscious mind, and mindfulness helps you to settle those changes while living your life in an intentional way.
