winter. So go ahead and

create a long spine softening

the shoulders and

close the eyes if that feels good to you.

Just take a moment to check-in with

how you're feeling today. There

is no right or wrong answer, but

just look at yourself objectively and

check-in with your body. Check-in

with the thoughts in your mind and

any emotions or feelings you're experiencing

The light is just cascading through

the window and onto the wooden floor.

It's that spring sunlight.

Feels different in the winter light.

It's bright. It's inviting.

It's warm. So

you walk over to the window and you open it.

You get that fresh air. Take

a moment. Just taking

a few deep easy breaths.

You can feel some of that sunlight shining

down on your face. Feel

so good. It's

the first day of spring, and

you can feel it in the air. So

you walk around your cabin, you open up all

of the windows, letting

the sunlight, letting that fresh air

come into the cabin. And

quickly, it starts transforming so it no

longer feels stale

or dark. But it's filled

with new life, new energy. And

while the cabins airing out, you decide

to go outside. So

you walk out the door. Stepping

out of your cabin, looking

outside, you

notice the snow has melted. There's

little bits of green grass. Poking

through the soil. It

smells fresh outside. You

can hear birds chirping all

around you. A

sound of life returning after

winter. You

can hear some water moving in the distance

of a nearby stream, no longer

frozen. And

the sun is shining down on your face.

It feels so warm. Feel

so good. So

you go for a walk outside. So

enjoy nature. You

walk and you see that the trees have

little butting leaves on them.

You can see the bushes. Beginning

to flower, the

greenery, It's an

even deeper green than before.

You hear those birds. You

see some rabbits and

squirrels. Moving

around. It's

like the world is coming back to life.

And as you walk and you breathe, you can

physically feel the winter.

Just falling off of you shedding

that heavier darker

that restful

hibernation energy of winter. Melting

away just like the ice in the snow.

Each step you feel little bit lighter Feel

a little bit new, rejuvenated.

And you just absorb that springtime energy

as you go for a walk. That

sunshine energy fills you.

You feel excited. You feel alive.

You feel curious. Feel

energized. It

all feels so beautiful and so

new and so great. You

just continue to walk absorbing

the springtime energy. Leaving

winter behind you as

you become lighter, more energized, and

more alive with each and every step.

Now as you continue to walk, you finally

find that stream that you've been hearing

in the distance. So

you decide to just

sit by it enjoying

the wildlife the nature

around you, breathing

in that fresh air. And

you know that this is a new beginning? It's

a fresh start. But

there are no expectations, no plans.

You're just enjoying this moment as

absorb that

light. Energy

from springtime as the world changes

and reawakens all around you.
