We also ask about her top three recommendations: World Health Organization (WHO), Sanitation Conversation, and  Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA PH)- and why each working MUA should take these courses.As we gain time due to quarantine protocols, Mila encourages makeup artists to keep educated and updated, so as to be better prepared when work finally does resume. Beyond artistry, MUAs have a responsibility to be sanitary.
