Mindful: Aware of something that may be important. Sustenance: Gives support, health and strength.I believe its time to move away tribe mentality that surrounds food and nutrition, everyone wants to put nutrition or their diet in a box, give it a name and achieve some unworldly peak level of wellbeing and body shape no matter what it takes! The industry has become cult like and at the other end of the scale nutrition is simply dismissed. I like to think of myself being in the middle ground where science meets common sense. Nutrition can enhance our lives but it should not take over our lives.
