Amie has worked in the Media Industry for 20 years both behind and in front of the camera and now uses this knowledge to support young people’s mental health.

Amie facilitates workshops across Australia and the UK aimed at showcasing how mainstream media, social media, photo-shopping and big brand promotion effects mental wellbeing, especially in young people.
