My lovely friend Keziah Gibbons kindly offered to share some of her meditations with us. Keziah is a popular teacher on the Insight Timer meditation app so do search for her on there for more free meditations. 

This podcast contains a recording of Keziah’s “Body Love Meditation”. If for whatever reason you don’t find it easy to love yourself and your body, this meditation is for you. Gentle, well-paced guidance to relax, connect with that part of you which is wounded or needs a little additional love, and treat yourself with compassion. This is also an excellent resource for healing from injury, surgery or trauma. 

I know that some of the followers listen to the podcast whilst driving or when involved with activities requiring attention to stay safe. If this is the case for you then please play the podcast when you’re somewhere you can relax safely.
