My name is Baron Carr and I am your host. I went from answering phones in a call center to becoming a VP at some of the most iconic brands in the world. JPMorgan Chase, Allianz, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, President of Management And Operations at The Wright Fit and now owner of The Baron Carr Company.

Over my 20 plus years of working in corporate I’ve learned how to re-invent myself over and over again. Now my job is to help inspire people to become better versions of themselves by helping them reset their mindset.
