Ever wonder what category you fall into? Some of us just want to workout, move our bodies, weight loss is a goal, but just feeling better is usually the main goal. Training is all in, nutrition, sleep, working on weaknesses, 5-6 days a week, sometimes doubling up on a day, hydration, self care (mobility, massage, physio). Competing, coming in daily always having to be the fastest or heaviest and it's ok if form is sacrificed, or reps are skipped.
