MS Diary | Monday, 4/29/24 | I am struggling 

Beautiful side of ugly. Ugly side of beautiful. It doesn't matter. I'm struggling to manage myself and life.

My vision has new symptoms. My spasms are violent. My spasticity increased the pain and happenings. My chronic constipation developed a fissure. My feet feel like they're being cut. I've cried so much my wife and brother took turns watching over me. I'm struggling. 

So what am I doing for all this shit? I'm trying not to cry. I'm trying to stay positive. I'm trying to keep myself from depression. 

I'm writing Gratitude stories. I'm jamming happy music. I'm hydrating. I didn't work Sunday. I'm hoping to shower and treat my pressure spots. 

Tribespeople, this ain't no life for weak. I'm struggling.
