MS Diary | What comes 1st? THINKING bad or FEELING bad?
It's a tricky question huh? For me, the answer is THINKING bad. Once I start THINKING something is wrong, shit goes south quickly.
I try to focus my thoughts on BEING better. Using this energy, I rationalize that thinking better comes before feeling better. So, today, that's what I'm doing more of. Gratitude journaling, aggressive self-talk, manifestations, stream comedies, I'm infusing my day with better thoughts.
