Episode 12 | Metaethics | 35'36"

In this episode Simon Kirchin introduces a number of positions in metaethics, and tells us which one he prefers. Simon Kirchin is Reader in Philosophy at the University of Kent. He has interests in all areas of ethics, as well as aesthetics, political philosophy, epistemology and metaphysics. He is the author of Metaethics, and has edited a number of volumes, most recently one entitled Thick Concepts. He is currently writing a book about evaluative judgement.
