We learn the great promise of the Lord that if we confess our belief in the son Jesus before men then He will confess our faithfulness before God the Father. We hear of how scoffers shall arise in the last days and hate and mock the truth and set themselves up as enemies of the Almighty God. We put to rest the controversy over what exactly is the unforgivable sin and who exactly can commit it. We wrap up the study with Christ teaching the parable of the rich man who laid up treasure in this life but did not lay up treasure in heaven where the thief cannot break in and steal and the moth cannot corrupt.
