Hello. In today's lesson we cover Luke 13:31 to 14:33 . We recap the parable of the laborers from the last episode and speak on the several layers of meaning that exist in the bible. Jesus teaches attention seekers and those who crave the attention of men how to be humble. He tell and demonstrates to the religious  leaders of the day how their made up traditions do away with the true law of God. And how they are hypocrites for their actions in not helping those in need. People of this time would perhaps call what they were doing "virtue signaling". We wrap up the lesson with Christ stating that whosoever is not willing to leave all that he has and follow Christ in not worthy to be His disciple.
