Today's episode is an impromptu podcast inspired by our previous episode. Life transition can bring many challenges and it requires us to have courage while dealing with so much doubt, fear, and anxiety. I wondered what would have helped me stay inspired, focused, and hopeful while going though my own life transition. Then while listening to an amazing podcast called Habits of A Goddess it came to me why don't I create my own affirmations for life transition share them with you.
