Krishna is an experienced CIPD qualified HR professional with a background in Occupational Psychology. She has spent the last 15 years in HR specializing in Learning & Development, Leadership, and Coaching. Having worked at a large number of blue-chip organizations, Krishna’s mission is to empower others to unleash their own potential so they can be the best version of themselves. Krishna is also an avid Yoga Practitioner and qualified from 500 hours teaching Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2018 & has been practicing for over 21 years. She teaches Hatha Yoga to corporate clients/individuals and volunteers for the Art of Living within the Sri Sri Yoga Team. Her vision is to bring calmness to all individuals through yogic practices that will enable people to discover the fullness of their spirit and live life with wellness, purpose, and passion.
