Gail's work facilitates clarity, permission, freedom, and holistic health. After being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease that attacks the thyroid, she committed to deconstruct her life and rebuild it on her own terms. Over the course of a year, she sold everything she owned, lost 102 lbs, and left her 15-year career in higher-education to travel the world indefinitely.
