Mo Rocca has always loved obituaries. In season 1 of Mobituaries he introduces listeners to the people who have long intrigued him—from the 20th century’s greatest entertainer … to the Civil Rights pioneer who is completely forgotten … to sitcom characters gone all too soon. Even if you know the names, you’ve never understood why they matter…until now. And if you enjoy these episodes, look for more stories of great lives worth reliving when Mobituaries returns for season 2 in fall 2019.

A classy show; hosted by a gentleman.
A unique and captivating look at the lives of lesser know people, or species (Neanderthals!). As with everything he does, Mo brings his signature humor, creativity, insight, energy to this series. I look very forward to each new episode.
Mo Rocca is such a great, funny, and interesting host you would expect a podcast by him to be nothing short of informative, funny, and just flat out great. Which is exactly what Mobituaries is. Not just a straight biography podcast, sometimes the show looks at other things that have bitten the dust as well. Anyone who likes This American Life, I feel will love this show.
