Omega 3s and 6s are crucial essential fatty acids that require utmost protection as they are the most sensitive of all our dietary nutrients. These oils contain natural compounds that have been proven to enhance the body's healing process, reduce inflammation, and improve overall health. They play a vital role in human nutrition and health. However, when these oils are damaged, it can lead to serious health problems. Protect your omega 3s and 6s to ensure optimal health benefits!

The quality of the fats and oils we consume greatly impacts our overall health. In fact, research shows that more health issues are caused by damaged oils than any other aspect of nutrition. However, by taking proper care to maintain the natural function of these oils through healthy consumption habits, we can remove many potential health problems from the equation. So why not start treating your body with the care it deserves?

In this episode, Udo Erasmus - author, speaker, and founder of Udo’s Choice supplement brand - dives deeper into the world of oils by discussing Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids. Discover how you can improve your health by setting higher standards for the dietary and supplement oils you consume. About Udo Erasmus -

Udo was born during the second world war in Europe. His path includes brief jobs in several different trades: fruit picking, dairy farming, logging, mining, carpentry, house painting, clearing land, burning brush, growing food, gardening, and finally, pesticide spraying. He spent a year in medical school and several years in science research.

After being poisoned by pesticides in 1980, he seriously turned his passion and attention to health. He obsessively studied scientific literature, created a method for making good oils with health in mind, developed the first ever flax seed oil, and authored several books on the effects of oils on health: Fats and Oils; Fats That Heal Fats That Kill, Choosing the Right Fats, Omega 3 Cuisine, and enthusiastically educated the public in about 40 countries on the effects of oils on health and disease.

For 15 years, he spent six to nine months a year living out of a suitcase to spread the message of good oils and health. He has passionately given 5,000+ live presentations on nutrition and health, 3,000+ media interviews, 1,500 staff training, and traveled to 30+ countries with my message on oils, health, nature, and human nature.

He has had the pleasure and honor to grace the stages with luminaries like Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra, keynoted international conferences, and lectured at conferences on five continents.

Now he is writing on many different titles and topics, including an autobiography. He consults, presents, and takes on the key global issues of our time and spearhead projects on peace, health, energy, environment, and education.
