Hello Traveler. This is our introductory episode where you can learn a little about us and what we are up to. This episode includes personal stories, a bit about the mythology of Medusa, and and a swear word or two.  As a trauma informed podcast, we want you to please note that this episode contains a mention of the sexual assault of Medusa.

This show is written, hosted, and produced by Marty.  She is a person living with CPTSD who is working to decrease the stigmas around mental health and trauma. Promoting open conversation and honesty, she will take you on a journey into the personal experiences of other human beings. They will share where they are now, where they were before, what has helped and also what hasn't. A large portion of this show will lend itself to relationship work, internal and external.
