Episode 4 on Stoicism in the workplace was informative, insightful and clearly explained. Examples were practical and relevant. As a software engineer myself I really appreciated the advice given. Thanks very much ?

I'm very interested in this topic, but I could not make it past the first two episodes. This seems to be a *very* academic approach, examining various historical facets of the early Stoics. I'm not sure how they chose the podcast name, as it does not seem to apply at all, so far.Perhaps the host intends to move forward and talk about how to apply Stoic ideas to modern life in future episodes, but he has not said so. Perhaps he could give a basic outline of the podcast series, and while he is at it, explain why he is spending so much time on Greek history with various academics? Or just let me know which episode to start with if I really don't care about ancient Greece?
