About my guest: Heidi McNulty is a widowed mother of 3 boys with a 15 million dollar rental portfolio. She has started, and still owns several companies. She had a successful exit in April of 2022 when she sold one of her companies for 7 figures. She still owns a large real estate portfolio and flips 12-20 homes per year, as well as other business investments. She is also starting a few new companies including a genealogy app called Lumakin, as well as an investment fund through her company Investor Lifestyle. In May 2022, she was requested to be on a new series as a business mentor for the contestants of America's Real Deal.
