In today's episode I am chatting with Jill Wright, from Grow Like a Mother. In her first few years of motherhood Jill was experiencing a lot of challenges, so she dug into a lot of personal growth work. While it helped, she discovered that most of the personal development and self-help thought leaders aren't accessible for moms - either their programs are too expensive or what they teach doesn't work for a mom raising little humans. 

Jill has now developed her own, simplified, and mom-friendly programs for goal setting and time management. She helps moms who have lost themselves in the process of parenting through the pandemic, and teaches them how to claim back their lives - their time, confidence, and joy.
