It's that time of year (mid January as I recorded this) when the winter blahs start to kick in. I feel like this could really affect moms of littles as we are already isolated with nap times, and early bed times.
Today I share with you my techniques that have really helped me see winter time differently, help me feel like I'm on a tropical beach in the Bahamas (for real) and how something as simple as making my bed help me beat the blahs.
