Change is scary because it's unknown. Change is scary because it's different. Change is scary because it's uncomfortable. 

Our brain's job is to keep us alive and it's been doing this job since the beginning of time. Our brain want's to keep us safe. When it's challenged with unknown change it works hard to move us away from the pain and toward pleasure.

To effectively change, you must control your mind. You create your reality with the words you speak and the thoughts you think. Your thoughts create your feelings, your feelings create your actions and your actions create your results.
