Do you continually beat yourself up for mistakes you made in the past? Do you constantly worry about what's going to happen tomorrow?
My anxiety started when I was young. I don't know exactly when, I just know it's always been there. Looking back now, I can clearly see where it came from.
As most habits we pick up, mine came from my mom. She was always anxious, worried, stressed, overworked, and because that's all I knew, that's what I became too.
Over the year's and with certified training, I've learned how to calm my anxiety by observing and being aware of my thoughts. I created a guide to help you if you struggle with anxiety and overthinking to learn how to overcome this disempowering feeling.
Today on the show I'm sharing two proven and powerful strategies to help you overcome your anxiety and anxious thoughts. These strategies have worked for me and all of my clients. Take a listen and learn how to knock those self-defeating thoughts out of the park!
