In this episode, your host, Richard Ravosa interviews a veteran pro bono bankruptcy attorney from Boston. Attorney Maegan Hurley represents people like Chelsea, who are single mothers struggling to make ends meet.  She helps them overcome the challenges by providing legal advice aimed at trying to stay current with the rent to avoid eviction, resolve lawsuits from creditors, keep the lights turned on, as well as food on the table. Maegan will answer some common questions about bankruptcy and debt relief, and how it can be used to get out of a financial hole. She will also discuss how some people do not need to file bankruptcy at all to resolve their financial issues.
