Full transparency, ya girl has been a little more tired than usual. We had a hectic christmas holiday and getting back into the swing of things and putting the house back together as well as jump back into business has my head spinning to be honest.

It's in these moments I'm grateful for my husband and his parents because they step in when I need to lean on them but I want to talk about how to communicate when you need help because so often people say "ask for help" but what does this actually look like.

Here's my process, you can take it or chew the meat and spit out the bones
