Welcome to Podcast MOM´S LAP. I am Romina Fernandes, a Latina Mom, and I am the lap of an 8-year-old girl Maria and a 2-year-old boy Martim. My dream is to share my voice and my teaching around the world. I intend to help families emerge mentally, emotionally, and spiritually happier, peaceful, loving, and cooperative. I believe that there is a healthier and more balanced way to live that is not in complete effort, competition and war. My teachings are based on ancient wisdom and new scientific discoveries.
