Something I wished that I had learned from an early age was that I had the power to control how others made me feel.  As I continue to grow on my personal development journey, I am sharing what I learn with my kids.

I am giving them "tools" for their mental toolbox so they are in control of what they think and feel.  On this episode I am sharing with you how I am instilling this in their daily lives.
