SHOULD we do that or do we NEED to do that?  There are so many things in our life that we feel like we "should" be doing, but a lot of those things don't really need to be done.  In this episode I am sharing with you how I work through prioritizing what I need to do vs what I feel like I should be doing and not feeling guilty by not doing the "shoulds" on my to do list.
