Erica Gwynn knows how to thrive when things are hard. Her first baby came early, at only 32 weeks, and Erica and her husband were in survival mode for a while: with visits to the NICU, feeding tubes for their daughter, and trying to cope with all the emotions that went along with it. They learned how to thrive by finding little things every day to bring them joy. Erica says when things are an emotional rollercoaster, you can have surviving and thriving at the same time. We have to reframe our mindset and adjust what we call success.
