I’m very surprised that Pre-paid Cards issued by British banks/financial organizations are plagued with a lot of surcharges. I don’t live in the UK and my experience with prepaid cards has been nothing but delightful; I don’t pay for not using the card, I don’t pay for loading money into the card, and frankly I wouldn’t pay for closing the card.Also, Why are residents of some parts of Scotland charged extra for online delivery comparing to the rest of Scotland?
