Do we all have a dark side? What even is that? In this episode I go into why life gets so much more interesting when we decide to take a look at our shadows, when there’s a darkness in us to shed light on. To see yourself as purely good is to not really see yourself. Life is a balance between the yin and yang, and when we decide to own all these aspects within ourselves, that’s when the magic starts to happen. That’s when we start to come alive a little more.
