This episode we go deep, down to the roots.

What if you don't actually need anything new but you just need to make room for your old roots to grow? We say yes to so many things and sometimes they never actually take root. If that happens, its time to get rid of it! There's so many dead branches that are just holding us back from flourishing. Once you do this, then you need to make sure to maintain those healthy roots. Water your heart and soul with rest. This may be an hour or day or entire month. It all depends on how dry they are!
