This was meant to be episode one but I put it off mostly out of nerves!

I've been thinking about doing this for years now so it's time to finally take the plunge and just do it!

I hope that by sharing my story, I will be able to help others make a change that is needed in their life! 

This episode wraps up the first season! I would like to thank everybody for tuning in and I'm already planning and looking forward to season two!
