53. Caroline is More Than a Survivor, and we’re so grateful she’s sharing her story with our community. She joined us on Season 1, where we talked all about her experience on The Bachelor, Miss USA & gaining confidence. Since that episode aired, everything about her life has changed. She’s joining us again in hopes of using her pain for a purpose in this 2 part conversation. 

In part 1, she opens up about finding herself in an abuse relationship and how she found the courage to leave. This episode comes with a trigger warning as we discuss emotional, verbal, psychological, physical, and financial abuse. There's parts of this episode that is very heavy, but it’s also an episode about extreme strength, resilience, freedom and healing. We're so proud of our dear friend and know this episode holds a lot of power.
