Your host Kristin Foust is a mom of two and a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. She found herself early on in motherhood overwhelmed, tired, stressed and emotionally eating. She realized she was putting herself last on the list every time leaving her not feeling great about herself and who she saw in the mirror.

When you don't take care of yourself, you can't show up as the best mom and spouse. Kristin is on a mission to change the face of motherhood - from exhausted, stressed and hopeless to one filled with joy, peace and health!
